What are the types of wooden doors?
1.Solid wood composite door
The cores of solid wood composite doors are mostly bonded with pine, fir or imported filler materials, and the MDF and solid wood veneer are pasted. They are made by high temperature hot pressing and sealed with solid wood lines. General high-grade solid wood composite doors, the core of which is mostly high-quality white pine, and the surface is solid wood veneer. Due to its small density, light weight, and easier control of moisture content, the finished doors are lighter in weight, less likely to crack and deform, and the styles of solid wood composite doors are more diverse.
2.Plywood molded hollow door
The frame is made of solid wood, and the two sides are glued with decorative boards, which are fixed to the frame and processed after hot pressing. The price is affordable, but the interior of the door is hollow.
3.Paint-free door
It is very similar to the solid wood composite door. It uses a relatively low-grade wooden material to make the frame, and then uses dense boards with paint-free PVC film. This price is relatively cheap.
4.All solid wood doors
Also known as pure wood door or log door, the door core is made of pure natural solid wood. Then go through planing, drilling, engraving, tenoning, shaping and so on.
